• Covers of around 40
• Fully staffed
• Accommodation provided for upto 3 months
• 3aa Rosette property
• Working closely with local colleagues and schools for talent
• Please note you must have worked at 3aa Rosette or Michelin level (minimum) to be taken through for this role.

These hotels are situated in an absolutely stunning and at times remote locations – you must be a driver and have access to a car.
