Job Description - Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant, central London

Hybrid working

£40,000

This Executive Assistant role is ideal for experienced EAs who enjoy supporting senior stakeholders in a dynamic, high-growth environment. If you thrive on keeping things organised, love working at pace, and enjoy being at the heart of a busy executive function, this one’s for you.

As well as a competitive salary and strong benefits, this role offers the chance to join a forward-thinking business that’s genuinely doing things differently in financial services. You’ll work closely with decision-makers, gain exposure to business-critical meetings, and play a key role in enabling smooth operations at the top level.

The Business

This is a modern, tech-enabled wealth and financial planning group that’s reshaping how advice is delivered in the UK. They’ve got credible backing from a respected private equity firm, are growing fast, and are already home to some established names in the sector. The business blends high-quality advice with digital innovation, and has built a supportive environment where talented people can thrive. For the right person, there’s plenty of headroom to grow here—personally and professionally.

The Role

Your day will be fast-paced and full of variety. You’ll be supporting four senior stakeholders, managing their calendars and inboxes with a forward-looking view. You’ll keep ahead of the diary, anticipate clashes, and be the person that ensures they’re always in the right place, at the right time, fully prepared.

You’ll be responsible for organising internal and external meetings, coordinating board and governance forums (including preparing agendas, collating packs, and producing minutes/actions), handling communication on their behalf, booking travel, and managing expenses.

You’ll also act as the go-to person for meeting logistics, making sure every session is well-prepared, smoothly run, and followed up with clarity. If you enjoy being the one that brings calm to the chaos, this role will feel like home.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of £40,000
  • Bonus scheme
  • Performance-based bonus
  • Hybrid working
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Pension (employer contribution)
  • Supportive, high-performing culture
  • Personal development encouraged and supported

Requirements

  • Candidates must have experience in financial service and ideally in an advice business
  • Experience as an executive assistant or similar role

How to apply

The application process is quick and straightforward. Just send across your CV—no lengthy forms. If shortlisted, you’ll have an initial call with the hiring team, followed by a face-to-face interview with the Chief of Staff and other senior stakeholders.
