We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected health and social care provider for a highly capable Executive Assistant to CEO. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional ready to support at executive level within a mission-led organisation.
Key responsibilities as Executive Assistant to CEO:Manage the CEO’s diary, inbox, and appointments with utmost professionalism
Draft emails, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Organise and minute senior leadership and board meetings
Act as liaison between the CEO, Board of Trustees, and wider teams
Ensure the CEO is fully briefed ahead of key engagements and meetings
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to CEO or in a senior-level EA role
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A calm, proactive approach in a fast-paced executive environment
Degree or qualification in Business Administration or related field
