Description

Provide administrative support for senior leaders, ensuring meetings are prioritised effectively.
Manage diaries, schedules, and appointments effectively.
Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Handle internal and external communications professionally.
Organise and maintain filing systems and records.
Assist with travel arrangements and expense management.
Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

3+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership stakeholders.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Experience in supporting senior-level staff.

Salary ranging from £40,000to £44,000, dependent on the level of experience.
