Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant & Operations Manager to become a key point of contact across their head office. This is a varied role combining senior executive support with responsibility for office operations, suppliers, facilities, compliance and business administration.

Location: Berkshire, minimum 3 days in the office per week
Key Responsibilities:
Provide proactive executive support to the CEO, COO and Senior Leadership Team, including complex diary management, meetings, travel and confidential administration
Prepare board papers, briefing packs, reports, presentations and meeting documentation, ensuring actions are followed through
Manage the day-to-day operation of the head office, ensuring a safe, efficient and professional working environment
Oversee facilities, building maintenance, contractors, suppliers and workplace services
Manage office budgets, supplier contracts and service performance
Maintain office policies, procedures and operational processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Lead Health & Safety activities, including DSE, fire safety, Driving for Work and risk management
Support employee onboarding, office inductions and company events
Manage and develop the Office & IT Systems Coordinator
Coordinate business travel providers and other key office services
Act as a central point of contact across the business, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and external suppliers
Support cross-functional projects and wider business initiatives as required
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Assistant, EA/Operations Manager or similar
Strong experience supporting senior executives and managing complex diaries, meetings and travel
Experience taking ownership of office, business or operational responsibilities
Strong supplier, contractor and budget management experience
Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable handling confidential and commercially sensitive information
Proactive, resourceful and confident working autonomously
Experience managing or supervising others is desirable
Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
Health & Safety experience or IOSH qualification is desirable
