About the role:


This is a senior Executive Assistant role with a high level of autonomy, offering the opportunity to join Attivo at an exciting time and provide strategic support to a member of our senior leadership team.


You will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, supporting business-critical projects and helping to manage time, priorities and communications. You’ll be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, proactively coordinating schedules, correspondence and key deliverables with professionalism and precision. The role is not task-driven or micromanaged and you will be expected to operate independently and proactively with full accountability for delivery.


The successful candidate will need to be based at our Cheltenham Head Office and must have the flexibility to travel to other offices as required.



About you:


You’re super organised, proactive, and take full ownership of your work. You have outstanding attention to detail and a calm, methodical approach - even under pressure. You thrive in a fast-moving, lean business and are unafraid to get stuck in, whether that’s supporting meeting logistics or pulling together complex governance documents.


You want to work for an ambitious and growing company where no two days are the same. Your communication skills are advanced, and you’re confident engaging with senior stakeholders, able to manage sensitive matters with tact and professionalism.


You’re an experienced PA or EA who has supported C-suite or Director-level roles before, ideally within Financial or Professional Services. You’re a relationship-builder who anticipates needs


before they arise and positions yourself as the go-to person for dependable, high-quality support.



Key Responsibilities include:



  • Providing high-level executive support to a member of the senior leadership team, including diary management, correspondence, inbox management, and travel

  • Managing internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses and effective follow-up

  • Preparing and formatting documents, presentations, reports and briefing packs to a high professional standard

  • Coordinating meetings, agendas and action tracking across teams and departments

  • Building strong relationships across the business and supporting on cross-functional projects

  • Acting as a point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders

  • Managing sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Monitoring timelines, outstanding actions and priorities to ensure leadership effectiveness



Essential skills and experience:



  • At least 5 years experience working as a PA or EA reporting directly to senior management

  • Experience of providing high-level support to C-suite or Director-level roles

  • Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to produce consistently high-quality work

  • Relentlessly proactive, able to anticipate needs and act ahead of time, rather than react

  • Calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean business environment

  • Comfortable managing both strategic and hands-on tasks, from governance documents to meeting logistics

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and other O365 applications

  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism




Desirable skills and experience:



  • Educated to degree level

  • Experience of working within financial services
