We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of Executive Assistant for Global Head of Institutional Sales
This role requires to be in office for all 5 days
The Executive Assistant provides high-quality, proactive and discreet support to the Global Head of Institutional Sales, helping manage priorities, time, decisions and stakeholder engagement effectively. The role is responsible for ensuring the leadership team is well prepared for meetings, travel, leadership forums and key business activities. This includes diary and inbox support, planning and logistics, preparation of papers and briefing materials, coordination across stakeholders, and follow-up of actions.

The role requires strong judgement, attention to detail, confidentiality and the ability to anticipate needs before they become issues. It will act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, helping create the time and space needed to focus on strategic priorities, people leadership and delivery.
Alongside core executive support responsibilities, the role offers exposure to a fast-paced markets environment and to work underway to improve workflows through the practical use of AI. It would suit a highly capable, organised and intellectually curious individual who is interested in financial markets and keen to gain experience in a trading floor environment. This is first and foremost an Executive Assistant role, but one with broad exposure to front-office activity, strategic priorities and evolving AI-enabled ways of working.
