Job Description - Executive Assistant - Private Equity - 12m FTC

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a leading Private Equity firm. This is a 12-month maternity cover opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background supporting C-suite or Partner-level executives, ideally within the private equity or wider financial services sector. Discretion, efficiency, and a solutions-oriented mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide seamless administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar and diary management
  • Organise domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and logistics
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and investor events
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and board materials
  • Manage inboxes, handle confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Liaise with portfolio companies, investors, and key stakeholders
  • Support with expense reporting, invoicing, and other operational tasks as required
Candidate Profile:
  • Previous Executive Assistant experience within private equity, investment banking, asset management, or similar financial services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to work independently and under pressure
  • A discreet, confident, and polished individual with a service-focused approach
