Job Description - Executive Assistant to CEO - West London - FMCG & 5 days office based - ASAP start

Job : Executive Assistant to CEO
Location : West London
On site up to 5 days a week
Salary : £ 55,000 + pa depending on experience
Sector : FMCG

Our client in the FMCG space is looking for an Executive Assistant to CEO, the role may also include supporting the greater C-Suite and business when needed. The ideal candidate will have worked in a FMCG company previously and supported senior management or C-Suite. The role will be up to 5 days in office ( full time ). Experience working in FMCG, Start up, fast paced and growth businesses could be highly advantageous. We are looking for an ASAP start date where possible.

Duties may include ( but not limited to ) :

Meticulous diary management
Setting up the EA function
Events arrangement
Complex diary management - across multiple time zones
Minute taking
Complex travel arrangements - strategic planning of itineraries
Project management
High profile Stakeholder management
Meeting agenda's and presentations ( including PowerPoint )
Actively seeking ways to improve business processes and analysing results
Expenses, purchase orders etc
Support the wider business as needed
