You’ll drive culinary excellence, lead a talented team, and champion quality, consistency, and compliance across a high-volume production environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead all aspects of culinary production, food quality, menu execution, and labour optimisation
Inspire and develop a high-performing culinary team
Ensure operational compliance, HACCP adherence and food safety standards
Partner with commercial and menu development teams to deliver innovation and customer satisfaction
Take ownership of kitchen technology integration, process improvements and culinary audits
Drive budgetary performance, labour productivity, and ingredient quality

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified Chef with formal culinary education or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years' experience in the culinary world, including 5 years as an Executive Chef
Proven leadership in high-volume food production, ideally with inflight catering or manufacturing exposure
Strong communication, coaching, and people development skills
A proactive problem-solver with a passion for operational excellence and innovation

£70,000–£80,000 base salary
