The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an Executive Head Chef to lead a flagship, innovation-led dining concept in Central London.
This is not a traditional head chef role. You will take full ownership of a modern, experience-driven restaurant built around hyper-seasonal produce, sustainability, and ingredient-led cooking.
The site combines:

This is a rare opportunity to lead a kitchen where menus are shaped by what’s harvested and in season, rather than fixed cycles.
The Role
As Executive Head Chef, you will:
* Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency
* Develop and deliver seasonal, ingredient-led menus
* Work closely with internal teams to maximise use of fresh, on-site produce
* Drive a sustainable, low-waste approach across the kitchen
