Our Client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Office Administrator to provide professional administrative support within a busy educational environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who enjoys working at pace, managing multiple priorities, and supporting senior leadership teams to achieve their objectives.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the executive office, providing high-level administrative support while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders and executive teams.
* Manage complex diaries, schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
* Prepare reports, presentations, briefings, and other key documentation.
* Coordinate internal and external communications.
* Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on agreed actions.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure confidential information is handled appropriately.
* Support the efficient running of the executive office and assist with a variety of administrative projects.
About You
* Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Administrator, or similar senior administrative role.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Able to work with discretion and manage confidential information.
* Experience within an education environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
