Executive PA / Brand Strategy Lead

The Recruitment Co/ Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Executive PA / Brand Strategy Lead to work for an established, growing business in the Poulton area.

About the role:
This is a dual role for a well-organized, razor sharp, creative person who is looking for an amazing opportunity to work in a market leading company. As Executive PA, you'll be the right hand to the CEO-managing priorities, diaries, travel, comms, and helping everything run smoothly. But this is more than just a support role.

As Brand Strategy Lead, you'll also be shaping how the company shows up to the world. From product branding to content, social tone, and pitch decks-you'll be helping build a standout brand that reflects our AI-first, globally ambitious mission.

Executive PA / Brand Strategy Lead salary: 30k - 40k depending on experience

Working hours:

• 9-5 Monday to Friday (Overtime as and when necessary)

• Hybrid role

Roles and responsibilities:
Executive Personal Assistant:

• Diary & Inbox Management: Manage the CEO's schedule and communications, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.

• Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics.

• Document Preparation: Assist in creating presentations, reports, and other essential documents.

Brand strategy Lead:

• Brand Development: Help shape the company's brand identity, tone of voice, and visual direction.

• Content Strategy: Lead the creation of marketing materials, pitch decks, and digital content.

• Product Branding: Work with the product team to define and refine how products are positioned and communicated.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with design, marketing, and product to ensure cohesive brand presence.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a branding/marketing role (ideally both)

• Outstanding organization and communication skills

• A sharp eye for detail and design

• Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in tech, startups, or AI/software industries a plus
