We’re recruiting for experienced commercial professionals to join, a respected global consultancy known for its inclusive culture, flexibility, and commitment to professional development. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on meaningful projects across the built environment while being supported by a collaborative, people-first team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the successful delivery of nationally significant infrastructure projects across rail, utilities, defence, aviation, and highways. You will also provide leadership, guide junior staff, support Directors, and actively contribute to business growth. The Opportunity: In this role, as an Executive Quantity Surveyor, you’ll manage costs and budgets across a range of construction projects - from early cost advice through to final account settlement. You’ll be trusted to lead, supported to grow, and encouraged to shape your career in a way that works for you. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and manage project costs across new builds, refurbishments, and maintenance projects. Provide strategic cost advice from inception to final account and ensure high-quality deliverables. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Prepare cost plans, estimates, option studies, and cost-in-use analyses. Advise on procurement strategies, manage tenders, and evaluate submissions. Value completed work, manage payments, and settle final accounts. Provide technical advice on legal and contractual matters, administering contracts as required. Produce and present professional client reports. Mentor and develop team members, supporting their career progression. Manage service delivery to ensure profitability and advise Directors on project risks. What We’re Looking For: You don’t need to tick every box - if you meet most of these and are excited by the role, we’d love to hear from you. Experience in cost management (quantity surveying) across UK infrastructure sector (Rail, Utilities, Aviation, Water, Highways, Maritime, Defence etc) Strong NEC Contract (NEC3 or NEC4) experience and knowledge Actively identifying new business development opportunities and driving growth across Business Units.
