What will the successful Executive Recruitment Partner be expected to deliver?

• Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of executive-level candidates

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across professional services including finance executives and business support roles

• Engage with both active and passive candidates, offering expert consultation

• Write compelling job adverts and optimise them across multiple job boards

• Use advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean and LinkedIn Recruiter

• Brief candidates thoroughly on roles and prepare them for interviews

• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments

• Arrange and manage the interview and onboarding process

• Place candidates into permanent and temporary roles

• Build relationships and generate repeat business with clients

• Mentor junior team members and serve as a role model
