We are looking for a proven Delivery Consultant / Researcher to join our team and focus exclusively on identifying, engaging and managing senior candidates globally.

The Role

* Lead candidate identification and engagement across retained executive search mandates

* Conduct detailed market mapping and talent intelligence in specialist sectors

* Headhunt and engage senior, often passive, candidates internationally

* Manage candidate relationships throughout the full search lifecycle

* Partner closely with Consultants who manage client relationships and winning work

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in executive search delivery, research, or a candidate-focused recruitment role

* Strong track record of identifying and engaging senior talent

* Confidence operating in retained, high-value search environments

* Excellent communication skills and credibility with senior stakeholders

* A detail-oriented, proactive and research-led approach
