Executive Search Consultant - Banking & Financial Services






We are representing a leading Int exec search agency, specialising in executive and board level recruitment within the Technology, Financial Services, Leisure, Real Estate, Retail, Consumer & Sports Sectors.







To supplement their continued business growth and strengthen their already very successful team; they are looking to appoint two further senior Banking & Financial Services Consultants with proven business development skills, to deliver the world class end-to-end search process to their clients globally.  These roles will focus on senior retained/exclusive permanent placements and/or interim engagements.







With a fantastic reputation in the market for 30+ yrs, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to work in a specialised, fast-paced and successful environment; delivering a world class end-to-end search process to their clients globally.

Requirements



Previous recruitment and business development experience within Banking & FS







Expertise in one or more of the following sectors:



  • Payments

  • FinTech

  • Insurance

  • Asset Management

  • Digital Assets/Crypto

  • Neo Banks

  • Hedge Funds

  • PE/VC Backed scale-ups

  • Financial Services consulting
