Are you an EA with experience in Executive Search? We are working with one of the worlds most respected global Executive Search consultancies to hire a Partner EA to join their dynamic team.

This is not only a prestigious global brand but a company with an exceptional culture, a collaborative and supportive EA network and interesting subject matter.

As an Executive Assistant here, your tasks will cover;

• Complex global scheduling and all associated logistics

• Arrange complex and fast moving interview programmes

• Liaise extensively with clients and external stakeholders

• Accurately and regularly update the CRM

• Book and coordinate a high volume of global travel and create intricate itineraries

• Support on management and coordination of projects

• Process expenses

• Support invoice and billing process
