We are particularly interested in speaking to consultants with expertise in Technology (IT) and Business Transformation.

• Search Consultants with a track record of winning and delivering Retained and Executive Search mandates—particularly CTO, CIO, and Technology Leadership roles
• Experience can span any industry, but a strong grasp of tech org structures and digital transformation hiring is essential
• You’ll be working across mid to senior-level hires (salary banding typically £75K–£150K and contract rates of £500–£1,000 per day)

Who You Are

• A stable career history with at least 5 years in the recruitment industry
• Proven track record in new business development and 360° recruitment delivery
• Confident handling senior-level client and candidate conversations
• Commercially astute, sector-savvy, and relationship-led
• Values-driven and collaborative, with a desire to grow in a professional, well-supported environment
