We are currently seeking a highly skilled Executry Paralegal to join our client’s established Private Client team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a confident professional who excels in managing a busy Private Client caseload.

In this role, you will attend client meetings, taking detailed instructions and registering wills. You’ll conduct thorough investigations into estate assets and communicate effectively with clients and third parties to gather all necessary financial information and documentation. Your responsibilities will also include preparing a comprehensive register of assets and debts, handling inheritance tax forms, applying for court confirmations, and managing all associated administrative tasks.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as an Executry / Private Client Paralegal. You should have a strong understanding of the processes involved in estate administration and excellent communication skills to handle sensitive information discreetly. Your strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, with a good knowledge of inheritance tax forms and legal rights computations.
