We’re looking for an EPD Engineer to join our clients growing Product team, this will play a key role in shaping products that make a genuine difference to people’s lives.

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll work across multiple departments, taking ownership of product improvements from idea to implementation. This is a chance to apply your technical expertise while influencing how products are built, used, and experienced around the world.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Investigating and solving real-world product and manufacturing issues.
• Improving existing designs, building quick prototypes and validating updates before release.
• Delivering value engineering projects that reduce cost, improve quality and secure supply.
• Collaborating with Production to ensure right-first time builds at scale.
• Preparing clear technical packs, drawings and guides to support colleagues and customers.

What We’re Looking For

• SolidWorks proficiency with strong 2D drawing skills.
• Experience in sustaining/EPD engineering within electromechanical or building-product assemblies.
• Strong practical knowledge of materials and processes such as sheet metal, machining, coatings, joinery or glazing.
• Comfortable working hands-on with fixtures and prototypes.
• Good communicator who thrives on cross-functional teamwork and enjoys solving problems under pressure.
