Job Description - Exotic trader

Trade and risk-manage G10 exotic interest rate derivatives
Actively manage volatility, skew and correlation risks within rates and hybrid books
Execute and optimise hedging strategies using swaps, swaptions, futures, and other listed/OTC products
Drive franchise revenue growth and deepen client relationships across G10 market
Provide leadership on desk strategy and support junior trader development
