Description

Review expense data to maintain accurate and complete financial records.
Prepare regular expense reports that give the Accounting & Finance team clear visibility of spend.
Investigate missing, duplicated or incorrect expense information and resolve issues promptly.
Reconcile expense records against supporting documentation to improve data accuracy.
Maintain organised expense files and records for straightforward reporting and review.
Respond to queries on expense data, providing clear information to relevant colleagues.
Identify trends and unusual items within expense data to support informed financial decisions.
Work with internal teams to gather the information needed for timely expense reporting.
Play an active role in automation and process improvement initiatives, helping to shape best practice across the function.Profile

The successful applicant will be:

Experience within accounts payable, employee expenses or similar finance function is preferable.
Highly organised, with an excellent attention to detail.
Has strong excel skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficient in Excel.
Able to manage their time effectively, with competing priorities and deadlines, within a fast-paced environment.
Keen to develop their analytical, financial & reporting expertise.
Educated to degree level in a Finance-related discipline, or possess equivalent experience.Job Offer
