Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight: Drive the delivery of a comprehensive workplace experience strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Contracts Management: Oversee all contracts under your jurisdiction, ensuring they are executed professionally and meet the expectations of both customers and business partners. Site Operations Management: Implement industry best practises to create a first-class workplace experience for all on-site personnel. Innovation and Technology: Leverage innovative technologies and automation to develop new operational methodologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Sustainability Commitment: Actively engage in sustainability initiatives, collaborating closely with the wider Workplace group and partners to promote eco-friendly practises. Team Development: Mentor and facilitate the training and development of team members, fostering a supportive and cooperative environment. Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for Workplace Experience and Front of House operations, supporting the development of processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Reporting: Provide comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to management as required. Flexibility: Be prepared to assist with other duties within the Workplace team when necessary.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively. Customer Service Orientation: A steadfast commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Networking Skills: Ability to connect and build relationships at all organisational levels. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities. Relationship Building: Outgoing and engaging, with a talent for fostering strong relationships with full-time employees, guests, key service partners, and other onsite stakeholders. Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated success in team management, complemented by excellent people skills. Professionalism: Display initiative, confidence, and professionalism in all interactions.Experience Required:
Experienced in a related role within a customer-facing environment such as facilities management or hospitality. Experience in a creative or social media environment is a plus.
