Work alongside the design team on residential projects
Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawingsSkills and experience for the role of Experienced Architectural Assistant:

Successfully completed your RIBA Part 2 qualification
In the process of completing your RIBA Part 3 is desirable
Strong Post RIBA Part 2 Qualification experience within a UK practice
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
House builder experience is desirable
Job running experience
Strong experience working across RIBA stages 0 through to 3
Excellent drawing and design skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
