What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of the department, you will:

• Teach Chemistry across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, using your subject expertise to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons.




• Inspire curiosity and achievement, helping students develop a deep understanding of scientific concepts and a genuine enthusiasm for Chemistry.




• Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content is current, challenging, and accessible to all learners.




• Lead and support enrichment opportunities, such as science clubs, competitions, or fieldwork activities.




• Support and mentor colleagues, contributing to a strong culture of sharing best practice within the department.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from experienced Chemistry Teachers who:

✔️ Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching Chemistry to GCSE and A-Level.

✔️ Demonstrate a strong track record of student progress and classroom success.

✔️ Are committed to inclusive, high-quality teaching and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.

✔️ Have excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Chemistry that comes through in your teaching.
