Experienced Design Engineer (Mine & Quarry Equipment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mineral processing equipment using Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks
  
• Produce detailed engineering drawings and 3D models
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high -quality engineering solutions
  
• Oversee projects from concept through to manufacture and installation
  
• Travel internationally to support project delivery, commissioning, and client engagement
  
• Ensure designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications
  
• Provide technical support during fabrication and installation phases
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Design Engineer within the mining or quarrying sector
  
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Inventor and SolidWorks
  
• Demonstrated experience designing mineral processing equipment (e.g. crushers, screens, conveyors, etc.)
  
• Ability to manage projects and work independently
  
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required
  
• Strong problem -solving skills and attention to detail
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  

Desirable:

• Experience working on international projects
  
• Knowledge of fabrication processes and materials handling systems
  
• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
