We are currently looking for an EA to join a Hospitality Firm in Ruislip which is an office based role. This position is paying 50-55k and is working 9-.30. Previously experience at c-suite level is essential.
The role
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the directors.
- Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle incoming calls, emails
- Assist with personal errands
- Coordinate personal events and gatherings
