Our client is an award-winning independent estate agency with an excellent reputation throughout the Stroud and surrounding areas. Due to continued success, they're looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agent to join their friendly, ambitious and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Negotiate property sales to achieve agreed targets
-Conduct property appraisals and prepare marketing information
-Manage buyers and sellers throughout the sales process
-Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and all parties involved in transactions
-Generate mortgage referrals and promote the company's additional services
-Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system
-Ensure compliance with current legislation and company procedures
-Deliver an exceptional customer experience from instruction through to completion
Candidate Attributes:
-Previous estate agency experience within residential sales
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets
-Excellent knowledge of Stroud and the surrounding areas
-Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
-Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
-Professional, reliable and self-motivated approach
-Full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
Salary & Benefits:
-Realistic OTE of £35,000 +

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm, Saturday, 9am – 5pm with a day off during the week (5-day working week) Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
