Highly recommended post in Marlow for a very experienced Gardener and Housekeeper couple to look after a beautiful country house and garden for employer in very occasional residence.

Employer based overseas needs complete peace of mind that house and garden are being well looked after. Duties include all housekeeping and general maintenance and upkeep of the house and grounds. Would best suit a knowledgeable gardener and organised meticulous housekeeper with good track record and excellent references. There are 2 part time gardeners employed to assist When employer is in residence some family style cooking (not dinner parties)  may be required also.

As employer is in very occasional residence only, security is paramount so it is essential that someone sleeps in the staff accommodation every night (apart from holidays and booked time off when cover can be arranged). Staff accommodation is a stunning 3 bed cottage on the estate, all costs covered. Pets welcome, older dependents considered.

Working hours are generally Monday - Friday, 9-5, with flexibility to work longer hours and occasional help at the weekend when employer in residence.

Interviewing now to start Jan/Feb 2027 although flexibility for the ideal couple to start earlier if preferred.
