Experienced Luxury Travel Specialist

• Managing inbound travel enquiries and leading detailed sales conversations by phone and email
  
• Designing tailored itineraries based on each client’s needs and travel style
  
• Converting enquiries into high -value bookings through strong consultative selling
  
• Acting as the main point of contact for your clients from enquiry through to travel
  
• Working alongside our Operations Team to manage post -booking issues and adjustments when needed
  
• Liaising with suppliers and partners to ensure trips run smoothly
  

Requirements

• 2+ years in a travel sales role
  
• Strong understanding of the luxury travel space, with personal travel experience and confidence discussing worldwide destinations in detail
  
• Confident on the phone, strong consultative selling skills, and able to build long -term client relationships
  
• Comfortable managing multiple bookings at once, handling changes, and thinking on your feet
  
• Motivated by targets, commission, and building a repeat client base
  
• Ready to step into a busy desk and pick things up quickly

• Shifts between 9:30 - 20:00, with a mix of 18:00, 19:00 and 20:00 finishes
  
• Shifts between Monday - Sunday, usually working 1 weekend in 3
