Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering inspiring and engaging music instruction to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. The role encompasses:

• Designing and implementing a comprehensive music curriculum that fosters a love of music and develops students' musical skills and knowledge.


• Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.


• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their musical development.

Qualifications and Experience

• A relevant degree in Music or a related field.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.


• A proven track record of successful music teaching in a secondary school setting.
