The Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, manage, and develop a team of talented music teachers, ensuring a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Music or a related field.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.


• Extensive experience teaching music at the secondary level, with a proven track record of success.


• Demonstrated leadership experience in a school or music education setting.


• Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and performance practices.
