Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality music curriculum to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5. They will create engaging and differentiated lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, fostering a love of music while ensuring academic rigor. The ability to teach a range of musical instruments and genres is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver inspiring music lessons that promote student engagement and musical development.


• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.

• Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.


• Demonstrated experience teaching music at the secondary level.
