Basic Salary: £20,000 to £25,000
On Target Earnings: £40,000 to £60,000+

Our client, a leading independent estate agent, is seeking enthusiastic and driven Negotiators to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career in the property industry, with a company that values excellence and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Register and build rapport with potential home buyers.

Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to the vendor.

Liaise with local offices & ensure your applicants are aware of all suitable stock.

Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers.

Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents.

Generate and book in Property Valuations for the Valuer.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a Negotiator role within the property industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of the London property market is an essential. Local knowledge is an advantage.

A valid UK driving license
