This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist RIBA chartered practice who provide their expertise to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant who is looking to progress and complete their part 3 and join their team based in Nottingham.

Duties for the role of Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant include:

• Help assist on the delivery of mixed-use and student accommodation projects
• Assist with planning applications and technical drawings
• Work alongside other consultants and clients across all RIBA work stages
• undertake site visits and design meetings to help ensure high quality compliance is achieved

Skills and experience for the role of Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• Successfully completed your RIBA part 1 and Part 2 qualifications
• Relevant post Part qualification experience as an architectural assistant
• Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
• Experience working on projects within the residential sector
• Good drawing and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Nottingham area
