Who We're Looking For

This isn't an entry-level recruitment position. We're looking for recruiters who can hit the ground running.

You'll ideally have:

* 2+ years' recruitment experience

* A proven track record of managing and developing client relationships

* Demonstrable success in winning new business

* A current client base or established industry relationships

* The confidence to generate vacancies and manage your own recruitment desk

* Strong candidate sourcing and account management skills

* A self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach
