Experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal - Active caseload in a boutique firm

A boutique firm in Bromsgrove is looking for someone to join their conveyancing team as a paralegal.

The firm is growing and has an active caser load for an experienced conveyancing paralegal to work on. The role would suit someone who wants to develop and progress on an active and affluent local caseload. Working on a range of matters the successful candite should have a grasp of working with a number of Conveyancing matters such as SDLTs, Replies to Requisitions and Transfer Deeds.

In this role you'd be working with the partner of the firm very closely assisting on matters they are working on. This role offers a lot of development working on a range of matters and working closely with an expert in the field. This role suits someone who is looking to develop their skills in residential conveyancing.

The team here is supportive and friendly, as they are a smaller firm they have a relaxed family feel in the office which has added to their ability to work together and succeed. The firm is situated in an affluent area so you'll be working with a mixed caseload of traditional and high net worth clients.
