This is a rare opportunity to join a market leading firm of independent Estate Agents in South Bucks as an experienced sales negotiator.

The successful candidates will ideally possess a sound knowledge of the industry and have had at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

You will be committed to providing unrivalled levels of customer service whilst building relationships at all levels and achieving results. You will also actively demonstrate the ability to expand and develop the current role and add value to the office and the company.

The successful senior sales negotiator candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
•At least 2 years’ experience in agency sales.
•Experienced and knowledgeable of the sales progression process.
•A strong understanding of the industry and local property market
•Dedication to delivering unprecedented levels of customer service
•Proven track record in winning instructions including some upper end properties.
•The ability to generate new business and build relationships with colleagues and clients
•Experience with dealing with properties at the higher end of the market
•Excellent communication skills
•Articulate and presentable
•Full Driving Licence
