? Role Responsibilities:

• Securing property listings and winning new instructions
• Providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Maximising mortgage appointment opportunities
• Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Actively prospecting to grow market share and visibility

? Key Requirements:

• Estate Agency experience is essential
• Previous experience as a Lister, Valuer, or Senior Sales Negotiator is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills
• Resilient, target-driven, and highly organised
• Confident with IT systems (MS Office, CRM software)
• Full UK driving licence required
