What We're Looking For

Previous education recruitment experience - essential
Experience recruiting within primary and/or secondary education
A proven track record of achieving recruitment billings
Evidence of previous billings will be required
Strong business development and sales ability
Excellent relationship-building skills
Good understanding of safeguarding, compliance and the education sector
Highly organised and commercially driven
Professional and ambitious approach
Someone who wants to work in a high-performance environment
