Tradewind Recruitment Kent, based in Whitstable, is looking for a high-quality, experienced recruitment consultant to join our team. We have an established warm primary or secondary desk available, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to step into an existing market with relationships, candidates and business already in place.

We are a top-performing education recruitment agency with high standards, and we are looking for someone who can match them. This is not an entry-level recruitment role - we are looking for an experienced education recruiter who understands the sector, knows how to develop relationships and has the commercial drive to deliver results.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in education recruitment is essential
A proven track record of recruitment billings
Ability to provide evidence of previous billings
Strong understanding of the education recruitment market
Experience recruiting into primary and/or secondary schools
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Commercially minded with a strong business development focus
Self-motivated, ambitious and driven to succeed
High standards of professionalism and customer service
Someone who wants to be part of a successful, established team
