We are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Hertfordshire, supporting pupils across the whole school from EYFS through to Key Stage 2. The Role
As a full-time Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to provide high-quality classroom support across all year groups. You will assist with whole-class learning, lead small group interventions, provide one-to-one support where needed, and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment for every child.
The Successful Candidate Will: Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a UK primary school Be confident supporting children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be patient, proactive and able to use their own initiative Be committed to helping every child achieve their full potential Work effectively as part of a collaborative school team Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
