Role Overview:

• Support class teachers in delivering high-quality teaching and learning


• Take responsibility for delivering planned lessons and interventions


• Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies


• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to both students and teachers

What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 4 or above HLTA qualification or equivalent experience


• Experience working as an HLTA in a primary school setting


• Strong classroom management and organizational skills


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
