Salary: £85 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

We are working with a wonderful academy in Haringey that is seeking a confident, reliable, and skilled Experienced Teaching Assistant to support students across the school and contribute to their inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

As an Experienced Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality support for students. This role will suit someone who is proactive, flexible, and committed to making a positive impact on pupils' progress and well-being.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing classroom support to individuals and small groups

• Supporting students with additional learning needs (SEND/SEMH/behavioural)

• Assisting with lesson preparation and delivering tailored interventions

• Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and academic achievement

• Contributing to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Has previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary or secondary school

• Has strong knowledge of supporting students with SEND, SEMH, or additional needs

• Is confident managing behaviour and supporting differentiated learning

• Is passionate about education and helping students reach their full potential

• Can build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers

• Is reliable, approachable, and a true team player
