We are continuing to grow and are looking for reliable, hands on individuals to join our manufacturing team. Whether you have experience in production, assembly, fabrication, engineering, joinery, automotive manufacturing or another practical environment, we'd like to hear from you.
About the Role:
We are looking for experienced uPVC Fabricators to support the manufacturing of uPVC windows and doors. If you are looking for a role where you can utilise your skills, knowledge and experience and focus on the manufacturing of a quality product, we would love to hear from you. Other duties include:
* Provide excellent quality manufacturing of uPVC windows and doors, composite doors, gables, bi-folds and patios.
* Focus on producing a quality product, in line with the production plan, ensuring targets are met and customer delivery is on time and in full.
* Ensure your work is completed in line with the work instruction and standard operating procedures.
* Work with the production team to develop ideas for continuous improvement.
* Be a part of a team and develop positive working relationships
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience of manufacturing uPVC Windows and Doors, composite doors, bi-folds and patios in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential.
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to understand and follow work instructions.
* Good problem-solving skills with the ability to achieve targets.
* Strong team player who can work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
* Excellent timekeeper and attendance.
* A willingness to undertake further training.
