Location: Solihull
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Wood Machinist to join our busy production team in Solihull.

The successful candidate will have solid experience working with timber and wood machinery and will be confident working from specifications to produce high-quality finished products.

Key Responsibilities
Cutting and machining timber accurately to specified measurements.

Operating spindle moulding and other woodworking machinery.

Setting and operating machinery safely and efficiently.

Working from drawings, measurements and production specifications.

Carrying out skilled production work to a high standard.

Ensuring timber and finished products meet required quality standards.

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Following all health and safety procedures.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Wood Machinist is essential.

Proven experience operating a spindle moulder/spindle moulding machinery is essential.

Strong experience working with timber.

Experience using a range of woodworking machinery.

Ability to accurately measure and cut timber to specification.

Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.

Able to work independently and as part of a production team.

Reliable, hardworking and punctual.

Working Hours & Pay£15.00 per hour
Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 5:00pm
