An innovative school in Islington is looking for a dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join their team this April 2025. If you are an experienced teacher who is passionate about leading and developing others, this role comes with a TLR  to lead and inspire in the classroom and across the school.

Salary: M3 - UPS2 +TLR
Start Date: April 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Year 5 students in dynamic and creative lessons that promote critical thinking and academic excellence.


• Take on a TLR role, providing leadership in specific areas such as curriculum development, staff training, or school-wide initiatives.


• Work collaboratively with colleagues to continue improving teaching strategies and support all students’ learning needs.


• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning are achieved.

What We’re Looking For:

• QTS and experience teaching Upper Key Stage 2


• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide others.


• A passion for developing students’ academic skills, while fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.


• The ability to inspire students to achieve their full potential.
