Job Description - Export Account Coordinator
As an Export Account Coordinator, you'll serve as the primary contact for both existing and potential export accounts within assigned regions. Your main responsibility will be to efficiently manage all aspects of customer inquiries, quotations, and orders, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Promptly respond to customer inquiries and generate quotations within agreed timelines.
Process customer purchase orders while ensuring compliance with commercial guidelines and procedures.
Collaborate with relevant departments to understand and communicate customer requirements effectively.
Consult with the Head of Commercial and Business Development Managers on pricing matters to meet both customer and company needs.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and keep customers informed of any delays.
Assist in managing customer accounts and provide support to Business Development Managers with day-to-day customer service.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in a similar B2B role, preferably in a manufacturing export or international trade environment.
Strong commercial acumen.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in email and telephone communication.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to gain knowledge of materials and product selection.
