Export Clerk

A fantastic permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Export Clerk to join a leading freight forwarding company based in Heathrow. Duties and responsibilities of an Export Clerk:

• Manage air shipments from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
• Prepare and submit documentation.
• Coordinate with various department such as airlines, handling agents, overseas agents, custom entries, hauliers and warehouse facilities.
• Maintain records in real-time.
• Provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience working within a previous export role with a minimum of one years' experience.
• Strong understanding of export processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Proficiency with IT systems (Microsoft Office).
• A proven customer service track record.

Benefits of the Export Clerk role:

• Salary range between £30,000 - £32,000
• Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
